Insane Faery...

You're probably wondering why right?

Actually it's not hard to explain. I've been known by a lot of names on the "web" because nothing ever felt like it was me. From the time I was very young I've been fascinated with Fae. I'm not going to debate with you rather they exist, in my heart they do and that's all that counts.

Am I really insane? No, I don't think so anyway and no, I'm not going to debate that either. I am however admittedly very different from what most people consider "normal". I  may be a touch crazy but I enjoy who I am, it's taken me many years to be able to say that. Somehow "Odd Faery" just didn't have the same ring to it and one night several years ago I was trying desperately to get a new screen name for some IM and "InsaneFaery" just popped to mind. Since it's grown on me and somehow I find it fitting.

So thus the birth of Insane Faery....

Welcome to my world won't you take a look around?

What you'll find in my world...

My site is actually a collection of sites I've had over the years.

-- One of the main components of my site is Cats & Creem, my pet site I started for my mom many years ago. This is the site that introduced me to competitions.

-- Grongi & Boomer's place, containing Grongi's Lair, my first site!! This site was started before I had a clue what HTML even was, let alone how to use it. LOL.

-- My journals which I've started in the past year or so to have some space to think and work things out. I've met some wonderful people through these journals and try to post regularly.

-- My graphics I've done over the years for different things are now together in one place. Not only set graphics but adoptables I've made too. Much of this stuff came from WQ when we closed that I'd done for various teams and events.

-- Something I've always tried to do is keep a list of my closest friends sites and stuff too. They've got great pages and I encourage you to visit them.

-- My Spirit pages are new for this site as I had no desire to clean up all my old Spirit stuff from Cats & Creem. It will stay up rather I'm in competition or not because in it's own way it's a tribute to competitions I've enjoyed.

-- Holiday celebrations are something I'd wanted to do but never had time to do at WQ because I was so busy putting together and running events during the holidays. I'm looking forward to doing this section.

-- I'm working on doing a section on my collections and hobbies offline finally. From my fairies to my penguins and my crafts, I hope to be able to show more about my life away from the computer too.

-- Fun stuff is more stuff that's mostly left over from WQ. Stuff to throw, the Loony Bin, my virtual cards and other stuff I made along the way. Just silly stuff to have fun with.

-- And last but definitely not least is my family stuff. This is mostly new stuff. It's taken me a long time to figure out how to do a section on my family in a positive light and not let past ill feelings creep in. It will be growing, probably slowly but I am working on it.
